Plans overview

ConvertX plan access is based on:

  • The number of active application types
  • The store's monthly additional revenue limit inside ConvertX
  • Access to premium functionality such as sections and advanced targeting in some areas

Current plan structure

Free

  • Up to 3 active application types
  • Up to $50 in additional revenue
  • No access to ConvertX sections

Starter

  • Up to 5 active application types
  • Up to $200 in additional revenue
  • No access to ConvertX sections

Essential

  • Up to $1,000 in additional revenue
  • Access to ConvertX sections
  • Active application limit depends on install date:
  • 5 active application types for older installs
  • 4 active application types for installs created on or after February 27, 2026

Premium

  • Unlimited active application types
  • Unlimited additional revenue
  • Access to all sections
  • Access to the most advanced ConvertX functionality

Some in-app labels may refer to Premium as Pro. The current plan key used by the app is Premium.

What counts toward plan limits

ConvertX limits count active application types, not every individual object you create.

Example:

  • Two active Upsells still count as one active application type
  • One active Bundle and one active Cart Drawer count as two active application types

Widgets are not counted as active application types in the current application limit logic.

For the exact definition, see Active applications and limits.

Legacy notes

Plan behavior may differ for older stores that were installed before pricing changes. The current app logic still supports legacy plan keys and legacy session states where relevant.

Best practices

  • Keep only the active application types that matter most to your funnel
  • Review plan limits before enabling another major module family
  • Monitor additional revenue so plan changes do not surprise you
