Testimonials Carousel section
The Testimonials Carousel section helps you display swipeable customer reviews directly inside a Shopify page layout. It is useful for homepage, product landing page, and campaign page social proof.
This ConvertX Section must first be added to a Shopify theme before it can be inserted in the Theme Editor.
Where it appears
Testimonials Carousel appears as a native theme section after you add it to a Shopify theme from ConvertX.
Sections require section access in the current plan and must be added to a theme before they appear in the Theme Editor.
When to use it
Use Testimonials Carousel when you want to:
- Show strong customer proof
- Add credibility to a landing page
- Support premium or high-consideration products
Testimonials Carousel works best when the shopper already understands the offer and now needs proof.
Setup
Add the section to your chosen theme from ConvertX, then open the Shopify Theme Editor and insert the Testimonials Carousel where social proof should support the page flow.
Troubleshooting
Check that it was added to the same theme you are currently editing and that the plan includes section access.
Move it to a position where the shopper already understands the product and now needs trust proof.
