Estimated Delivery Date widget
The Estimated Delivery Date widget displays a date-based shipping message on the product page, such as an expected delivery day or arrival window.
Keep the delivery promise realistic. This widget should reinforce trust, not create expectations the store cannot meet.
Where it appears
Estimated Delivery Date appears inside the Shopify product template through a ConvertX App Block.
This widget requires the ConvertX App Embed and a product page App Block.
How it works
The widget calculates a target date from:
- The current date
- A configurable day offset
- A configurable date format
It can also show an icon and aligned message near the buying area.
Setup
Add the Estimated Delivery Date App Block to the product template and configure:
- Message text
- Day offset
- Date format
- Alignment
- Icon and icon size
- Text styling and colors
Troubleshooting
Check that the widget is enabled, the ConvertX App Embed is active, and the App Block is placed in the correct product template.
Review the date format setting and test it in the storefront locale used by the shop.
Best practices
- Keep the message clear and realistic
- Place the delivery message near Add to Cart or shipping information
- Re-check the displayed format for stores with multiple locales
